About the Role

As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll play a hands-on role in connecting people with sustainable job opportunities. You'll work closely with local employers, understand their hiring needs, and match them with job seekers who are ready to succeed.

This is a dynamic, people-focused role where no two days are the same. You'll be out in the community building relationships, supporting candidates, and making a real difference.

What you'll be doing:

• Build strong relationships with local employers and identify job opportunities
• Match candidates to roles that suit their skills, goals, and abilities
• Get to know your customers-understand their strengths, preferences, and support needs
• Stay connected with both employers and candidates after placement to ensure success
• Work with community partners to help remove barriers to employment
• Promote our services to community organisations and networks

What You'll Bring

• We're looking for someone who is motivated, relationship-driven, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in recruitment, sales, or a similar role of reverse recruitment or marketing
• Confidence in networking, business development, and reverse marketing
• A genuine passion for helping people from diverse backgrounds
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust
• Ability to balance empathy with achieving targets and outcomes
• Solid administration and computer skills

What You'll Need

• Work rights in Australia
• A current (or willingness to obtain) Blue Card - we'll cover the cost
• A valid driver's licence
• Willingness to complete a Police Check
